Return Policy
All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Only new (not used) items in original packaging are eligible for full refund. Items returned must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. The following guidelines will cover other return conditions.

Please remember that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "bill recipient" and please keep your tracking number in case your package is lost or delayed in transit. All refunds are for merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping costs unless item was sent in error.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us at 214-528-5006. We will attempt to fix our mistake and ship you the correct item promptly. We ship all exchanges to you free on UPS Ground service.
What if I ordered the wrong item/size?
We have accurate sizing guidelines on our products. Unfortunately, if the customer orders the wrong size it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return ship to Game On 24/7. In an effort to help our customers, Game On 24/7 will ship the replacement item promptly billing the customer for the replacement order. When the "incorrect order" is received at Game On 24/7 the customer will be immediately credited back by Game On 24/7.
What if I do not want what I ordered?
Items can be returned (at customer's expense) and receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. All items for refund must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
What do I do with a defective item?
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards as well as the manufacturers'. Many of these items require special materials to meet high standards of quality and performance. It is out experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects will occur in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective items for 60 days after the purchase date for an exchange or replacement. If the defect has occurred after customer use the customer is responsible for return shipping charge and must pay the shipping charge for the product to be returned to the customer. You may notice extended warrantees on some equipment. These extended warrantees will be honored on these specific items.
Equipment Breakage Warranty
Lacrosse Heads
All plastic heads are sold with a one-year warranty. If your head breaks within one year of purchase customer must return head and proof of purchase to Game On 24/7 at customer's expense. Game On 24/7 will replace your head with the same "unstrung" head that you returned. If customer prefers a "strung" head, Game On 24/7 will supply the strung head at a charge of $20.00. Customer will also be responsible for the shipping charge of $7.99 back to customer.
Lacrosse Shafts
All shafts above the aluminum grade (except Warrior Titanium Defensive Shafts) carry a one-year warranty against bending and breaking. The Warrior Titanium Defensive Shafts carry a one-month warranty. If your shaft breaks or bends within one year of purchase please return to Game On 24/7 with proof of purchase. A replacement shaft will be shipped to the customer for a shipping charge of $7.99. Defensive shafts will be charged an extra $5.99 oversized shipping charge.
